Return Policy Overview

MEERMIN HK LTD is committed to providing you with high-quality footwear and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read and understand our return policy before making a purchase. Our return policy is segregated into two groups:

Stocked Products:

Return Period: You have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receiving your order to change or return stocked products, no questions asked.

Condition: The returned products must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Do not use the Meermin shoe box as a shipping container.

Return Process: To initiate a return for stocked products, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our Returns Portal Here.

2. Access the portal using your Email address & Order number.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reasons for the return.

4. At this moment, we are not able to provide International return labels, so you'll have to ship the package on your own.

Made to Order (MTO), Custom & Special Orders:

All the products included on the groups mentioned above are crafted specifically for you, based on your unique preferences and requirements. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. We recommend that you carefully review your specifications before placing your order.

Return Conditions:

Products being returned must meet the following conditions:

- Products must be in perfect, unused condition, including their bags and packaging.

- You are responsible for covering all return costs, including any import fees if applicable.

- Do not use the Meermin shoe box as a shipping container.
